The plan is to have a place there I can use for vacation every now and then, rent it out when I'm not there, and eventually make the move there permanently when I'm older somewhere warm where winter's not a thing. Just not sure what makes more sense to go for, a house, an apartment in a decent upscale neighborhood, or something else...
