Optimizing my Airbnb for FIFA crew rental

When a city hosts a few FIFA games, I assume they have some staff members who stay in that city for the whole duration, even though the games are spaced over the course of the month. In my city, the 6 games are scheduled over a 23 day window. So, how long will travelling FIFA staff need to be in my city?

Here's my previous question about Airbnb during FIFA, where most people thought I'd be unlikely to get a 28-day booking from FIFA fans, since fans usually visit only to see their favourite team play a single game. Makes sense!

A friend suggested that FIFA will have staff / crew who are stationed in my city (Toronto) for the whole 23 day window. So, I'd like to open my calendar with them in mind, hoping to get a FIFA crew booking for the whole month.

So, my question is,
How many days before the first game will the crew arrive? (How much setup time is needed?)
How many days after the last game will they stay? (How much teardown time is needed?)
