Finding a vehicle for a week in Kazakhstan

I have to fly out to Kazakhstan for a week to handle some stuff. Certain things just can't be resolved over a phone call, so showing up in person is the only way to get things done. I'm going to be driving around a lot while I'm there. Anyone know a good place to find a vehicle that can handle a lot of miles?
