Where You Need to Go

The downside that really stings is being stuck with just one Exotic equipped at a time. It forces you into that annoying but kind of interesting moment where you ask yourself what you actually need. A solid Exotic AR works everywhere, but right now most players chase launcher Exotics because they delete bosses so fast it feels unfair. And with the extraction system being what it is, losing one because you got greedy is one of the worst feelings in the game.
Making Them Count
Once you’ve got an Exotic you actually like, the whole game shifts a bit. You plan more, you push differently, and you think harder about whether you really want to take a fight or save your gear for the next zone. It’s the kind of weapon that sticks with you until you mess up an extraction, so you get attached fast.
