To celebrate the Winter Games, EA is unlocking a special World Cup History Maker player item for free for every FUT player.
So find out below when you can get your hands on the World Cup History Maker in FIFA 23.
Release date
Your free World Cup History Maker card will be delivered on Friday 23rd December.

A release time has yet to be confirmed, but you can expect your History Maker to launch around 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
Every History Maker item will receive two guaranteed upgrades. The first will go live on Friday, January 13th, and the second will go live on Tuesday, February 14th.
What is a World Cup History Maker?
World Cup History Maker player items celebrate current international players who will play key roles for their countries in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
As mentioned above, selected players will receive special Ascension Cards that will grant further upgrades on certain dates.
The History Makers card designs have been revealed, and as you can see in the tweet above, a funky golden item was handed out to selected players.
