On 01/19/2018 at 1:51 pm an officer on patrol observed a male slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of Mayfield Road and South Green. The following footage is from the officers Body Worn Camera, which he activated prior to exiting the cruiser. Officers administered a field sobriety tests and determined that the driver, 32, of South Euclid, was drunk. The man was charged with OVI.

Albuquerque, NM - On Wednesday, May 24th detectives arrested Devon Roybal, 17, for three counts of Commercial Burglary. During the arrest Roybal starts crying and asks for his mother. Just before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, while conducting this operation, a suspicious person was identified. Detectives attempted to contact the subject who fled on foot. After a quick search of the area, the subject was detained and identified as Devon Roybal.

A Charlevoix County Sheriff's deputy in Michigan shoots a man after he accelerated his truck towards the deputies as they arrested his son in Charlevoix County on October 21, 2016. Jared Martin, was pulled over by a Deputy in October when they said he was driving with a flat tire and a tail light out. After a series of sobriety tests, the deputy gave Jared a breathalyzer. The deputy tells Jared he blew a .175, more than twice the legal limit. When the deputy tried to put Jared in handcuffs, he demanded to go the bathroom. Things got out of hand quickly and Jared was tased. Jared's father, Steve, had been waiting across the street and drove towards Jared and the deputy. A deputy then fired several shots and two of them hit Steve in the arm. Steve was charged with assault with intent to murder, obstructing a police officer and for being a habitual offender. A bodycam video of a Florida woman being shot with a Taser by a cop has been released after police settled an excessive force lawsuit she filed. Aranda Wendell said she brought the lawsuit forward after she was slammed to the ground and shot with the stun gun. Wendell was brought into the police station for questioning after a car rear-ended her and she didn’t stop.The SPD said she admitted to driving away from the scene, saying she wasn’t aware it was against the law to leave a car accident.
