[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Questions about exercise/muscles/dieting?

1. i've googled excercises that help tone your arms & they seem to be working for me but i kinda have broad shoulders for a girl & i don't want my arms & shoulders to look super muscly. the muscle between your shoulder & neck (trapezius i think?) is what i'm most concerned about. are there any good arm exercises that don't work this muscle too much? 2. walking is my favorite way to get exercise without having to pay for the gym but my calves are already very muscly & that's the only place that ever really starts to feel sore & tight when i'm walking. is too much walking gonna make my calves super big & out of proportion with my legs/body? i obviously don't know very much about this sort of stuff. i'm only 19 & until recently when i decided it was time to lose weight this sorta stuff never concerned me so if there's anything i should know, any good tips on exercise & healthy eating please please tell me!!! :)
