Storage optimization for an under sink bathroom cabinet?

I'm seeking ideas for making my small and weird bathroom cabinet more functional. Can you suggest storage and access solutions for improving how cabinet works? The added level of difficulty is working around the plumbing.

The internal dimensions of the cabinet are 18 3/4" deep x 21 1/4" high x 28 1/2" wide, with the ubend pipe and the water supply valves intruding into the space. Sketchup diagram - I've blocked out the ubend and the water supply valves in the diagram. Which to me means designing storage around the plumbing, maybe breaking up the inside of the cabinet into different zones.

The cabinet has doors which are mounted flush outside (in the front of the diagram I linked above) and swing out. The bathroom itself is a little narrow so the doors basically just open and at their widest, swing almost flush to the facing bathtub.

We're hoping for, especially in the bottom or center zone of the cabinet, some sort of secured wire (or other material) drawer. Drawers on the sides would also be useful but shelves would be fine too. We're used to bending low to get to stuff, but making it so we don't have to bend low AND reach would be awesome. Note the clearance is not good just under the ubend pipe, so we may just lose that space entirely unless we can get a wee drawer under it, or maybe cover the floor of the cabinet with a single wide drawer.

But we would welcome any ideas you have for optimizing storage, providing better access, etc, for this situation.

Getting a carpenter to work with or buying and installing a new cabinet and sink are both not outside the bounds of reason, but we'd probably prefer to use off the shelf containers and drawers from a purely cost control standpoint.
