Where can we watch the Liverpool-Napoli Champion's Cup game in southern France on October 3rd?

We'll be in southern France during the October 3rd Liverpool FC game, which plays at 9pm local time. Where's a good sports bar somewhere in the vicinity of Nice to Cannes? We'll have a car and we'll be visibly supporting Liverpool.

Priorities:
1) Soccer bar / Liverpool bar / Ex-pat bar
2) On the water or with a beautiful view
3) Good food

Bonus question: we'll make a day trip of it to whichever city we watch the game in, so recs for other activities are welcome!
