I'm a flail-y sleeper: I usually begin on my back and wake up on my side, though sometimes on my stomach and/or sideways. What's the current best pillow for a sleeper like me. It also needs to help with neck pain and be cooling (or at least not something that will make me sweaty).
I've been having two problems when sleeping lately:
1) My current pillow, which is very soft, sort of wraps around my head too much and I often wake up with a sweaty face and neck
2) I've been waking up with tension headaches a lot lately--at the base of my skull/top of my neck, that feeling like someone is pulling my ponytail way too tight?
I suspect there are a lot of things I could try to address these problems (and advice for that is welcome!) but for now if I can throw a max of $50 toward a new pillow to make things better that would be great. What are the current best pillows that will help me stay cool, and help my neck? I have access to Amazon, Bed Bath Beyond, and major box stores.
