I'm looking for recommendations for vegan or vegetarian (or primarily vegan/vegetarian) restaurants near midtown Manhattan that serve lunch.

The restaurants need to be open for a weekday lunch for a party of four. Would need an indoor space to sit and eat. This is a special lunch. It doesn't have to be fancy--but ideally not a place whose main focus is on fueling weekday office workers (examples: Chopt, sweetgreen). Thank you!
