Lessen My Loop

Outlook/MS Office question: I am the primary calendar delegate for my own boss in MS Outlook, but I have also been made a delegate for HIS boss so I can see the calendar. However, this also means I get alerted for all of his meeting invites, which is a lot. Is there a way to turn off my getting copied on my boss's boss's meeting invites without also turning off alerts about my own boss's invites?

I'm hoping against hope that there is some kind of obscure setting that will let me turn off just one person's meeting invites but not the other's. Ideally I'd like to do it on this end; but I do already have the sinking feeling that the only person with the power to do this is my boss's boss.

I have already asked whether I need to be a delegate for my boss's boss, and they have decreed that yes, I do need to remain as a delegate (as backup for his own admin).

Thanks.
