Is there such a thing as Mote + VideoAnt for web-based video?
Mote is a voice annotation extension for Chome that one can use in Google Docs, etc. where one can leave voice comments in a paper, for instance.
VideoAnt is a free service out of Univ. of Minnesota that allows one to annotate videos on a service like Youtube. I can view a presentation and annotate it with written comments at select timestamps
Is there a free thing that would let me add audio annotations the way VideoAnt allows for written annotations? I am aware I could use speech-to-text with VideoAnt.
