I am an accountant with a strong interest in tax policy, and am involved in local politics and civics. I am launching a (small) accounting and tax firm this summer, and would like to include tax policy consulting and/or lobbying as a service that I offer. But how do I do that? How do I land clients and what specific services should I offer them as a tax policy consultant and/or lobbyist?
