Converting timezone in Outlook, MacOS calendar, and Zoom

What is the easiest / best way to convert my timezone in various appointment/meeting apps?

I live and work in California, but will be temporarily relocating to Texas.

Is there a good way to change the timezone on Outlook (as well as my Macbook mail program which populates my MacOS calendar)? I want to be sure that these changes will also convert meeting invites from my PST colleagues to CST (and vice versa).

I have a similar question regarding scheduling meetings on Zoom. If I change my timezone to CST, will my invited colleagues be alerted of the time in PST (and vice versa0?

This may be really obvious, but either way, would appreciate the advice!
