Selling a beater, replace battery and repair slow leak in tyre first?

I'm selling my old 2005 model Ford Mondeo. It's got a slow leak in the front passenger's side tyre which is annoying and a battery which doesn't hold much charge.

Do I fix these things before selling it (which I would obviously do if it wasn't a bit of a beater) or simply sell it saying these things will need doing?

Trying to work out what will return best bang for buck or whether the two options likely result in the same eventual resale price?

I don't just want to (continue to) throw money into this car if it's not going to garner a higher resale price.

Thanks!
