Oakland E-waste disposal: no-car 2020 edition

I have an iMac G4, a Mac Mini, and 2 Windows laptops in Oakland that I want to dispose of responsibly. I have no car.

I'd also like to get the drives wiped. This place is less-than public transit convenient, considering how much I'd be carrying. Calling a lyft is an option, but that means two car rides and rolling the dice on who was last in the cars and what's up with the drivers. The pick-up fee is $100, which is pricey. How do I dispose of these and keep them out of the landfill during a pandemic?
