Is Q2A Registration Blocker still being maintained?

I'm using Amiya Sahu's Registration Blocker plugin for blocking spammers. However, I need some additional functionality (blocking all subdomains for a domain, and blocking particular e-mail addresses), so I'd like to extend it.

Is the plugin still being maintained, so I can submit pull requests? Or do I need to fork it?
