If you were an American seeking to emigrate to another country, which one would be a good combo of quality of life and ease of entry/becoming a citizen? No suggestion or pipedream is too off the wall!

My husband is a degree-holding computer programmer and I have a degree in food science and we are daydreaming about a big change. We also have a toddler. Things high on our list: 1. National healthcare of some kind 2. Good early childhood care and education system 3. Good job prospects for the two of us 4. The country has a clear path to citizenship We are both English speakers with some Spanish but totally willing to learn new languages. I would prefer a cold country. My husband might have a chance at repatriating to Ireland as his grandmother was an Irish citizen. No suggestion or pipedream is too off the wall!
