What thank you gifts are COVID-friendly for an office group?

My physical therapist and his staff have been absolutely amazing at helping me with a chronic pain condition and I'd like to thank them with a gift.
Before COVID, I would have done something like a fresh fruit platter or something food related. Flowers are ok, but they just fade and die. I've written a detailed thank you card, but is there anything else I could give them? (It's a largish practice with 20-30 employees at a guess.) |
