I finally got an art residency -- for June 1 to 15.

I can't imagine this covid-19 business will be cleared up by then. YANML but can you help me with language to accept? I would like to "accept gladly, pending any quarantine/lockdown/etc guidance from local, state or federal entities."
How's this man gonna screen for the virus? (I was symptomatic, and I did quarantine, but since I'm not a star nor a world traveler, never got the test. And there's no proof that I'm immune.)

Additional info
This residency is on an acreage, somewhat remote and isolated (but 10-20 miles from a medium-sized city)
-It is in my state and less than two hours from my home city.
-Residencies look really good on one's CV
-If need be, there is a small hospital 10-20 miles away from the residency
