Is it possible to remove the (optional) part of the "your name to display" field

Thanks for the software, I am using it for a single purpose of asking Who is playing tennis tonight and would like respondents to ad their name.  If they see optional they might pass on writing.  I thought it would be just a matter of searching the files for the text and removing the (optional) text but I had no luck.
